Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Draft for review. This copy was written for the Iskander Business Center as it actually works, but it has not been reviewed by an attorney. Bracketed items still need real values before launch.

Overview

This policy explains what the Iskander Business Center collects, why we collect it, and what control you have. It covers two groups of people: subscribers who hold an account, and the contacts whose information a subscriber uploads.

Information You Give Us

When you register we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and, if you choose to enable alerts, your WhatsApp number or Telegram handle. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information You Upload About Others

You may upload contact records containing names, email addresses, phone numbers, and notes. We process this information on your behalf, as your service provider. You are responsible for having the right to provide it to us. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your contacts.

Tracking and Engagement Data

A core function of the Service is measuring engagement. When you send an asset, we generate a unique tracking identifier for that asset and that recipient. When the recipient opens the link, we record the time, the asset opened, and, for video, how much was watched. We use this to attribute engagement to the right contact, to award points, and to populate your dashboard and analytics.

Cookies and Device Information

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. Recipients who open a tracking link may receive a cookie so repeat visits can be recognized. We collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

AI Agent Alerts and Third-Party Delivery

If you enable alerts, we transmit alert messages through the delivery channel you select, which may include Telegram, SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Those providers process the message under their own privacy terms. We share only what is required to deliver the alert.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, and deliver messages, in each case under contract and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We keep account and engagement data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time; some records may be retained where the law requires it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@blockchainmint.com. If you are a contact of a subscriber rather than a subscriber yourself, we will route your request to the subscriber who holds your record and assist as their processor.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We will post any revised policy on this page with a new effective date, and where the change is material we will notify account holders directly.
