Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Iskander Business Center (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
The Service is a business operations platform for independent distributors. It stores your contacts, hosts video and document assets, generates trackable links to those assets, records engagement with them, and reports that activity back to you. We provide the software; we do not provide business, financial, tax, or legal advice, and we make no representation about the income you may earn using it.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions, Trial, and Billing
The Service is offered at $10.00 per month. New accounts begin with a 30-day free trial; no charge is made until the trial ends. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change on 30 days’ notice.
Your Content and Your Contacts
You retain ownership of the contacts you upload and the video, document, and message content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people in your list and for complying with all laws that govern your outreach, including those covering text messages, email, and automated communications. Content you submit for library sharing may be reviewed by an administrator before it becomes visible to others.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass or deceive anyone, to upload content you do not have the right to distribute, to misrepresent an income opportunity, to attempt to defeat the tracking or scoring system, or to access another user’s data. We may remove content or suspend access for conduct that violates this section.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, and its underlying software remain our property. Iskander, Iskander Business Center, and associated marks may not be used without written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any particular message, or the accuracy of engagement data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages.
Changes and Termination
We may modify these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
Governing Law and Contact
